Three blog postings in one day...

Like I said I've been a little behind on posts. So yes today, May 11th, I have posted three blogs. I wanted to do all of these today because tomorrow, Jeff and I will be heading out to Charlotte to see some of his family before we leave for Conneticut and New York. I'm sooo excited!!

Yesterday was truly one of those days where Jeff and I just wanted to stay at home and do NOTHING!!! Let me tell you. It was just what we needed.

We had a little Gallo Pinto for lunch

Heat up some oil

Rinsing out the beans. 

We were suppose to use black beans but we were out.

So we improvised.

Put the ground stuff in the french press and then add hot water.

Add the spices and add cooked, medium grain rice to the mixture

For dinner we decided to have homemade pizza :)
